If you know what you want to study and want to see the options from around the world, try Bachelorsportal by studyportals. They do not list everyone, but it might give you some ideas.

UCAS – start with Course Finder: make sure you check for your qualifications
USA:
College Board Big Future – huge list of US colleges: a great place to start your research
SAT – you can learn more and register for the test
